After waiting 43 minutes for my pickup order, I had to go inside and find it and take it out myself. The staff lacks integrity and will mark your order complete in the system to make it look like they’re fast, but after they mark it complete, they lose it, forget to bring it, and ignore you. My cold products were sitting out for over 30 minutes. Not one person could tell me where my stuff was, the manager was frustrated with me for being bothered, like I had no reason to be upset. When you try to call the store, nobody answers. No answers, integrity, or accountability for Sam’s.

The pick up process is not as good as it used to be. People that are not picking up an order parking in p/u spots, getting harder to back up to get out of parking spots, and they need more help to get orders out quicker. I feel bad for those workers. Wish there was a safer place for pick ups.

This review is specifically for Crystal at the Auto Center! What a super refreshing 5-star customer experience!!! She really made our interaction personable, was able to answer my questions and solve my need very quickly. I really enjoyed my service.

We have 5 kids, 3 dogs, and cats, so we're always going through groceries, snacks, drinks, pet food, and household essentials. Buying in bulk at Sam's Club has honestly helped us save money and cut down on shopping trips. The store is always clean, the staff has been friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of products at competitive prices. It's become one of our favorite places to shop for our large family. The only thing I'd change is having to bag all of our own groceries after checking out. With a cart full of bulk items, it can take a while. Other than that, we've had a great experience and definitely recommend a Sam's Club membership—especially if you have a big family like ours!

Best Pharmacy staff ever! We are traveling and they were the only ones who had the medication we needed. They spoke to our doctor's office when they called from out of state, took whatever important information was needed, and filled the necessary prescription. We are so thankful!
